THE LION DECREE
"I, (your name), AM NOW pledging to deepen my devotion to Self-Mastery so I may serve at my highest level, create massive value in our world and live greatly!
Over the next 3 months, when others often throw in the towel, I will RISE up!
I AM intending to intelligently challenge my Mind & Body six times per week and Summon my Highest & Best Self (what we call here The Lion or Lioness).
I AM intending to give my absolute best during the next 12 weeks and create unstoppable momentum and joyful determination!
I know that my body is my vehicle to a life of no regrets.
I declare that I will be one of the few that do rather than among the many who merely talk. Mediocrity is a disease of "talkers" and I refuse mediocrity in any area of my life especially my health.
No more.
This is the perfect moment. Now is my time & I am ready. I know it won't be easy but it will be worth it.
When a challenge arises, I will remember this eternal truth.
