The North Star Process:

Mental Conditioning to Summon the Lion

Everything that has ever been created or achieved first began in the theater of the mind.

Most people fail because they lack a clear and compelling vision of what they want.

The following Mental Conditioning exercises are designed to help you clarify your destination.

Over the last 3 decades, I have noticed that every successful client has done this and kept it in the front of their minds every day.

Some may call that “obsessed”.  I call it highly effective.

You will get out of this what you pour into it.

Remember this is what separates those that fail from those that achieve.

This will largely determine whether you suffer the agony of defeat and the bitter taste of regret or experience the thrill and joy of VICTORY! Enjoy!

The only way to create lasting change is by becoming the type of person that would love to create this vision. Who is the main character in the movie of your life? Who are you at your very best? Describe the dominant emotional states of this person? When things don’t go your way, how do you respond as your highest and best self? What would you have to believe in order to create your vision and purpose?
